Kat Flores is an artist, illustrator, and designer based in Port Chester, New York. They have a strong interest in visual communication and creative problem solving. Kat draws inspiration from the earth (Pachamama) and all its inhabitants, their Peruvian culture and ancestors, and day to day personal connections made through visual communication and creative expression.
Kat studied Illustration at Syracuse University and Graphic Design at Parsons The New School Continuing Education program. Kat has worked as a sign artist, print lab assistant, and currently works as a collections and design assistant at a private art and graphic design collection.
In addition to design and illustration, Kat enjoys spending time at their local Clay Art Center working on ceramic projects.
